Hard working, imaginative & no nonsense, I am little Red Creative.
The world of design was opened up to me at the age of 14 and has continued to guide my career ever since.
Currently residing in a corporate Web Design role with a lovely bunch of people enables I use my experience with large companies and clients to guide how I shape Little Red Creative a professional vessel of promotion.
Before moving into web design, I was trained as a professional studio photographer by a large contemporary photographic franchise. Before that, a graphic designer also for a large franchise of print design studios.
I've dabbled in most areas of the industry, including design roles and management roles and when it’s time to learn
new skills I pack up and set off for new employment adventures! I never let myself get bored and I'm always looking to learn new things and offer more.
So what was I doing since age 14? Well firstly there were GCSES in graphics, followed by AS and A levels in graphic art and a foundation degree in art and design. Then finally a degree in Fashion promotion and communication.
Rather than continuing with graphics at university, I threw myself a curve ball and went into fashion.
This degree may read strange on my CV but it gave me valuable skills in marketing and promotion whilst allowing me to continue to teach myself new techniques when it came to graphic design. I applied my graphic background to my university projects which gave me a completely different angle to other students on the course. I was able to merge existing skills into the new ones I was learning.
